"I've been coming to this dental office for years and I have not been impressed with the new management, but more specifically the office/front desk staff. Dr. Andy is fine and the hygienists for the teeth cleaning has been fine; my complaint with this office is mainly the front office staff. Every time I make a request I fail to get a response. I have to call to follow up multiple times while receiving a different response each time. The latest example was after my recent teeth cleaning, I asked if I could get a note for a waterpik floss so my FSA would cover it. The person over the phone said they'd check with insurance and let me know. A week passes, no response, so I call them again only to have someone tell me the dentist said no. When I asked why (I have had multiple cavities so I couldn't understand why the dentist would have any problems with this) she just said the dentist had never heard of this and won't write it. I find this hard to believe and honestly I think the response is driven by sheer laziness and trying to cover the fact that nothing was actually done on their part. It's unfortunate as this dental office is conveniently located and accepts Saturday appointments but I will be looking for a new dental office with more consistently professional and competent staff going forward."
