"Wow! What an unprofessional dental practice. This past year, I was x-rayed here without any protective vest. The dental hygienist apologized profusely, but let me know the radiation wasn't too the amount I should worry about. They can't seem to get the billing right, and it has taken several calls and hours of discussion to sort out incorrectly billed services. I would advise seeking a different practice to provide trusted and timely care for your family."

"The Drs are fine but how billing is handled is why I will Never go back. They didn't bill my insurance until one year later. By that time, unbeknownst to me, my dental portion had lapsed. They waited another 6 months to reach out to me, and I had been laid off and couldn't pay. My bill went into collections all because no one wanted to bill insurance in a timely manner. I know they are going to respond to this review claiming otherwise- that it was my fault, that they reached out, but the fact of the matter is that they waited one full year to bill, and wouldn't work with me."

"Great office, hygienists, staff, and dentists. Hygienists are super thorough yet gentle, and explain what they’re doing. The little details are thoughtful too, the overhead lights are targeted LEDs so it shines in your mouth and not your eyes. They really make a stereotypically negative experience pleasant."
