"Had issue with online auction as it was letting someone bid when item was closing and not adding time. I emailed them a few times and still have yet to receive an answer on why this was happening. Never had issues with online auctions until bidding with Brick's and they have zero customer service. Avoid them! Following up to Bricks response. I emailed them twice - forwarding the first email that I got no response to - so two emails. Still have yet to get an email back from them. Also, I work from home and never had internet issues. It was refreshing along with me manually refreshing it quickly. Per your info on hibid.... The sale will begin to close at 7 pm on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Items will be soft closing every 20 seconds. If a bid is placed within the last minutes the lot will be extended until no bids are received for 2 minutes. Clearly above your rules did not happen. Seems like its something more on your end. Thanks for the great customer service!"
"If I could give ten stars here I would, that’s how good my experience with Brick’s has been. Regis and his team are honest, trustworthy and extremely hard working. We had a fairly large estate and I was overwhelmed at the prospect of getting such a large job done in a short amount of time. Regis set the timeline, stuck to it and everything sold very well. They clearly have a far-reaching and loyal client base, as we couldn’t believe some of the high prices that lots achieved. After the sale, the pickup went smoothly and they left the place clean as a whistle. With all the stresses involved in dispersing an estate, having someone so competent in charge is a real relief. Just knowing that our family’s items have been treated with such respect is a great feeling. I couldn’t be happier that we found Brick’s. I highly recommend them."
