"ONE STAR FOR THE OFFICE I have been going here since 2015. The current office is terrible in processing your information. They make so many errors, and push it on you. They act like a collections agency. I recently had crowns done. The whole purpose of the crown being replaced is because it was done badly previously. I had several months Dr. Wen and the nurses convincing me it needs to be replaced. The office told me what my out-of-pocket will be, and I agreed. After the crown was done, they came and told me the insurance won't cover, and I have to pay the entire amount because they said: "YOU DIDN'T TELL US THE CROWN WAS DONE ELSEWHERE BEFORE". Well, I brought Dr. Wen to the front desk and he told them the whole purpose was to replace the previous crown, and the office is aware of that. They were in agreement, and I thought it was over. After a few months, they came back telling me that the balance is going to collections. The lady will spew some policy quotes, and won't reason out based on actual conversation the doctor testified on. I asked to speak with Dr. Farshad, and lady said she wouldn't because my tone is not respectful. I repeated with "please" and nice tone several times, and she said I need to write a letter instead. Finally, when I pushed, she said the office will call me. It's sad to end such a great relationship I had with such a great office. I hope they will fix this issue, and the office becomes great as it used to. ***The office is not willing to have a conversation with the owner and the doctor involved. In their response on the review, they completely ignored the real issue in my review which is the front desk mishandling communication with the doctor on pricing of the service--instead, they made the issue about insurance denying the payment. MENDACITY. It is the responsibility of the office to convey proper pricing for the service including insurance coverage part. Will definitely file a complaint. *Advise: don't trust the pricing offered at the front desk. They are dishonest. They will just push you so that they maximize from your out-of-pocket. Go somewhere honest on telling you proper pricing."
