"My teeth crown over my implant came out and I went to see this doctor to fix it on Monday October 31, when doctor saw me he said I am not your Carpenter to fix it any time you come for this kind of job and I told him That I am patient and you are a doctor some times job is small some times big , so it seems he was looking for big job not small job to charge the insurance and me , so I told him I am sorry for my self that I came to the wrong place with wrong doctor and left the room . this is not a way they should treat people , I do not recommend this place with this doctor. "Went to Cascades Dental based on a recommendation. The staff was friendly and courteous. The office validated my insurance prior to my visit since my family had gone the week prior. During my visit with the hygienist, diagnostic tools/procedures were performed without informing me that these would not be covered under my insurance plan. My jaw hit the floor when I received a $100+ charge for a routine cleaning. Had I been informed prior to, I would have politely declined. Needless to say, I will not be back."
