"I've been coming to this office since I was a kid, and I called in today because I wanted to bring my toddler in for an emergency. I was offered an appointment tomorrow (12/5) at 4 and then immediately told nevermind, as the appointment was just given to someone else. I told her that 4 is the only viable time for me due to my own work schedule, and asked if they could possibly double book the 4pm appointment, and Dr. Emam could see the other person first. I was then informed that they don't double book appointments, which is a lie as the same receptionist JUST informed me minutes prior that Dr. Emam was double booked through the end of the year. She eventually passed me to another receptionist, and I explained how I would appreciate it if they showed a little urgency, as this is an emergent situation that could potentially cause long-term damage to my child's oral health. I was constantly talked over, and told to "calm down" in a condescending manner. I was perfectly calm throughout my conversation, albeit upset due to how flippant they were being about the emergency. I was also loud - but respectful - at points because the receptionist insisted on trying to talk over me. I was put on hold, and surprise surprise, I was told they could accommodate me at 4. Overall I'm just very put off and disappointed by how the front desk treated me, and the situation. I work at a medical office, and if I spoke the way they did, I would get in serious trouble. Here's hoping the service I receive tomorrow is better than what I experienced today, because I'm already incredibly frustrated and stressed about how they're going to treat my toddler. I'm rating 2 stars solely because the dentist herself was always very pleasant to me, and I'm hoping that continues to my children."

"I got a root canal about 2 years ago and I even came back a few weeks after that telling the doctor that it DOES NOT FEEL WELL! I knew she had done something wrong. Last year, I came to Peru and my doctor in Peru told me the root canal was done AWFUL and I even had an infection in my tooth! How could that happen months after she did the work? AWFUL doctor. I asked her many times SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH ME. And she just kept charging me every appointment for a simple teeth cleaning which was just brushing me teeth. Don’t go to her. She will take your money."

"This is one of the best dentist experience I've ever had. Dr Emam is very professional. She is doing a great job. She makes you to feel very informed and comfortable. Her staff are also great. Very easy to make appointments... Follow ups and reminders... No wait time... Nice and clean office...I can't say enough good things about Dr Emam and her team."
