"I have never heard of a MDJ, until I moved to Pennsylvania. In other states, you just simply call the cops and they assist you with removing belongings from a property. My grandmother-in-law was physically attacked by her daughter’s best friend in her daughter’s house, that my grandmother actually pays the rent for. She called the cops after the incident and her daughter kicked her out immediately after. We were told by the Washington police that they couldn’t assist us with removing her belongings from the house, unless she has a MDJ with her. When my grandmother-in-law who is 83 years-old was told on her first phone call conversation that John would allow another person to ENTER the home with him to collect her belongings. She only talked to him on the phone a few more times in order to schedule a date and time to collect her stuff. She advised him she couldn’t schedule a date or time yet, because she doesn’t have a place of her own and is temporarily staying in her grandson’s apartment. We don’t have room for her belongings and she’s now ready to move into her own apartment. It’s only been 2 months since she last advised John, she didn’t have a date yet and she called him today to arrange one. My fiancé (her grandson) overheard the conversation between John and his grandmother. He was extremely unprofessional, inappropriate and bitter. He made an 83 year-old woman who has health problems, have super high blood pressure because of how he talked to her. My fiancé immensely angered, just like anyone else would be, called John himself. John was extremely unprofessional, bitter and made remarks he has no business making. My fiancé repeated himself numerous of times that it’s a very unsafe environment for him to go inside to help collect her belongings and that she has a moving company willing to do so. John lied repeatedly and retracted all of his promises from the past about being able to go inside with someone else to collect her stuff. He made sarcastic remarks about why we didn’t pick her things up sooner, which we explained why and it’s really none of his business why. All he needs to do is provide a service not judge people in his own twisted way. He continued to say that my grandmother-in-laws daughter will not allow her to enter the property which means there’s nothing he can do about it. He also said that whatever belongings she wrote on the detailed list she sent him, he could not actually get as promised; that whatever the daughter says she can have is what she gets. Regardless, of who it actually belongs to. He called my fiancé lazy for not “helping” his grandmother or helping her sooner, even though he is aware of the toxic/unsafe situation at hand if he were to help. Which let me clarify my fiancés job is much more significant, life threatening and strenuous than this man has ever seen in his life! This man told my fiancé not to cuss at him, when he was cussing at my fiancé as well. He refused to help my grandmother simply because of his laziness. He even lied and said she called him 19 times, when that is extremely inaccurate. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS DEGENERATE!"
"This judge is awesome! He's very fair and reasonable. He listens to both sides. Went in front of him yesterday for the first and hopefully last time! A very respectful man."
"No place is rather go to court. Love Ethan!!"
