"I wanted to post this before the build season starts. Please be careful selecting this company, choose one that will own their mistakes and is hopefully insured to cover them. They did earn some stars, charming crew, sales add-on were handled well, in general they were okay to work with, see that other review (harley324) that was while “in process” , it was like that until after “completion”. The bad... They had an issue internally communicating the proper liner design (location of stairs) to the manufacturer. With the experience of over 20 or 30yrs I know they saw the issue when installing yet proceeded without saying anything. I am now left with a large white seam, pattern doesn’t match, and separated bead on my pool wall that normally is hidden behind steps. The best I got is to quote Steve “it’s not going to leak”. What is irritating is now my liner warranty is void also, confirmed when I communicated to Latham directly. I had to notice it on my own, find out the root cause Hans and Steve didn’t communicate or stay organized with their submittals. They currently have not moved forward with any remediation, hopefully this review will help before it escalates further. I built the waterfall myself since they didn’t offer that service. Added a star for measuring it like crazy to fit correctly. Contact me for photos"

"If you’re looking for a pool then you need not look any further than The Pool Company. Seriously, no words can describe the pride and professionalism this company puts into their business, products, and customer satisfaction. Steve/Hans and the entire team are, quite simply, the best!! You can tell by the comments of myself and others here and on other media outlets that it just doesn’t make any sense to look elsewhere for your pool needs, period. It would benefit other businesses, even those not pool related, to try and mimic the practices of The Pool Company."

"The best company I have ever worked with! Never have I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. From Hans and his no pressure, yet very knowledgeable sales approach, to Steve and his wonderful team of kind and professional experts. It was like having your good friend build your pool! They have a lot of pride in how they build a pool and all with a smile. We had such a positive experience with them that it was sad to see them go when the pool was finished! It took a grand total of five visits to our home to build it all (they do ALL of the work but the electric and that person was fast, friendly, and professional), and twelve total days from start to finish (weather & inspections made for the 12 days). They promise it to be done in four weeks (they have no control over weather and inspections), but it was done in 12 days. We could not be more pleased, and I can not rave enough about this company."
