"I had an awful experience with Dr. Li. She was very unprofessional and profit driven. She recommended unnecessary fillings when I had other ongoing procedures. I agreed but after that I started to have issues with those fillings. Till now (at least half year), I still can't use those filled teeth but only one side of my teeth to bite. At first, she pretended to be nice but tried to dodge the problems. She gave me an informed consent after I asked if there's anything she can do. Clearly she did a poor job, but she refused to fix the problems or take any responsibility. I sought second opinion from other dentists and was told the fillings were unnecessary and poorly done. She even prescribed an antibiotic (for sensitivity from fillings) that I'm allergic to. Beware if you choose Dr. Li."

I have moved out of town and still make sure to schedule my dentist appointments here when visiting home because the service is so top notch. Dr. Li always takes the time to explain every procedure and is very gentle to make sure you’re comfortable. He came home from CT and was able to get in the next day and get the tooth fixed. He was able to return back to school and not miss classes.
