"Love this place! 3 of my kids went here for the last 17 years, all the drs. are so awesome!!"
"Never will I EVER go back to this place. My poor son (5 years old) came out of there with a swollen busted lip. They did a root canal without my permission! I was told they were only putting a cap on his back molar. They wouldn't give me a school note, since he was unable to go back to school the rest of the week bc he can barely eat and is in so much pain. I have never seen anything like it. It's been 5 days and it hasn't gotten better. He is bruised on the side of his jaw where they worked on his tooth. Absolutely ridiculous! Parents do yourself a favor and go to a different location, please save your child the misery. 0 stars hands down. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating."
"AWESOME place , people , & atmosphere to bring your family . My child has been receiving care here for about 3-4 years after being referred by previous dentist . Each visit has been a great one , we’re consistently amazed by the all of the employees great work ethics. There outstanding performance in all they do is 5 STAR+ we look forward to continuing our care here. Furthermore, the place is always veryyyy clean. I’d recommend this dentist to EVERYONE ."
"This was our first visit by way of referral for treatment my son needed. From the minute we walked in the door until we left, everyone was so welcoming, smiling & helpful. 5 star customer service and my son was very pleased. They were patient during his x-rays & made him very comfortable. The doctor explained the procedures that my son needed carefully & throughly. I would recommend this office for sure! Definitely would like to have my son a regular patient at this site."
"All three of our children go to Chesapeake Pediatric Dental Group's Abingdon office. At our youngest son's appointment today, everyone was lovely from the first greeting to the last goodbye. All of our children receive excellent care from both the hygienists and the dentists. When we tell our son that he is going to the dentist, he jumps for joy. That's a wonderful feeling and major relief for us as parents."
