"Doctor prescribe medicine for my wife and sent electronically to walgreen at Fort evens road Leesburg Va, I called after an hour to find out status, pharmacy answered and said we did not received any prescription for your wife (was speaking in a rude tone), more than 3-4 hours later I called they put me hold when 2nd time phone rang then pick up and rudely said yes it’s ready. No text notification as I usually get."

"It’s incredible this place has 3 stars. Got prescription sent in by doctor at 8 am. Had to call twice bc it never got filled. Finally sent husband to stand there until it was ready 8 hours later. Then today had prescription sent this morning at 8 am. Never heard back. Finally got someone on the phone at 115. Was told it’ll be filled by 130. Felt like taking the 20 min walk there. Only to be told at 142 that it wasn’t filled. The pharmacist decided to go to lunch before filling it and I would have to wait 20 minutes until they got back. Which realistically is probably close to 30-40 mins. Who the F has time for that? So annoyed Harris Teeter dropped our insurance bc we have never once in 5 years w 3 small children always sick had any issues. I have to do way too much work for Walgreens to fill anything. I’m going to take my turn at Giant from now on."

"WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! My prescription was called in by my Dr’s office yesterday. They claimed it would be ready in 1 hour! They ended up calling late yesterday evening to say they were trying to verify my insurance, BS! They have my insurance info in their system. My husband went back today the prescription still wasn’t ready. He was told to go back to the end of the long line & it would be another 15 minutes!!! While waiting a man in front of him threw his money into the plexiglass & demanded his F’ing medicine!! Long story short, after an hour my husband got my prescription & the pharmacy didn’t even bother to go through our insurance!! We’ll call ourselves & get reimbursed!! Maybe the pharmacist should worry more about filling the prescriptions of people who need it & less time worrying about where she put her lipstick!!! UNREAL! Will NEVER go back there! Doesn’t even rate 1 star!!!!!"
