"I have only been going to this dentist since this year but I am happy with the way they do things. The place is clean, most of the doctors are great! Every time I have gotten my teeth worked on they were gentle, caring, talkative (Talking kept me distracted), they also answered every question I asked without hesitation. They made my experience better then my last dentist. The only thing about this dentist that is frustrating is the days you can get in. I was waiting about 2 months before I can get my teeth worked on. But for me the wait is worth it, because they do such a great job. Never felt any pain while getting my teeth worked on either! So far I have never had a problem with them. I do recommend this dentist to parents who are trying to look for a dentist for their kid!"

"We have been with Main Street for several years. Their service was great years ago. Two years ago, at the Ortho consult the orthodontist wrote with her pen and put her hands back in my daughter's mouth repeatedly. Last year, I needed to remind the dentist that both children needed sealants on their teeth. This year, I was told that our daughter would need to wait five months to get a cavity filled. We are now moving our children to Laurel Bush Family Dentistry."

"We have been a client for several years. We always loved this place until the doctor we use to go to left. The newer doctor is loud and ignorant. My mother took my daughter there a few days ago and was mortified. The doctor talked over my mom, didn’t listen to any of my moms concerns. She then raised her voice over my mom any time my mom would ask a question. My daughter was very uncomfortable and was upset about how rough she was on her mouth. To add to the experience you are also put in a room with multiple chairs (which is fine) but when you’re in the middle seat of three with two other families beside you and a doctor starts raising their voice at you it is concerning and embarrassing. But wait it gets better! The doctor then turned her back like a child and refused to respond to my mom. My daughter has an abscess by her tooth and my mom simply wanted to know if she could prescribe my daughter with an antibiotic until they could get her in for an appointment to get it taken care of. At this point i have to assume that that doctor will take full responsibility if we are to have any issues until we can get an appointment somewhere else. Not everyone in this building is a bad egg but i don’t recommend this doctor (you will hear her and know who she is)."
