"Since beginning with this company I have had nothing but ISSUES. My experience has been an absolute nightmare. I started up with a CPAP machine and supplies last August. I was told my pt responsibility after insurance was $596.00 which I paid that day. The invoice the Assistant Mgr gave me only reflected a charge of about $150. She explained they were "switching over to a new billing system" and the charges I saw were not correct in their system". She said I was set up for automated shipment of supplies to begin the following month. She said I would be sent an invoice and billed "a nominal fee" for those supplies. Some supplies I should get monthly, some quarterly. After several months and MANY, MANY phone calls to several different employess I still did not have anything sent to me. Again it was explained they were using a new system. Each time I would have to explain to someone i never got supplies I needed, etc I would have to speak with a new employee because the turnover rate there was outrageous. I was always put on hold for a long period of time, then repeatedly told over and over that my account "was so screwed up". This went on and on until I finally had enough and ended service with them in February. Just yesterday I get a bill from them dated last August, my initial day of set up for ANOTHER $265. I already paid $596 that day. I call my insurance company who informed me that Medoville has been billing them monthly for supplies. I never ONCE received a bill or invoice of these charges from Medoville and I most definitely never received supplies from them. After an hour long investigation with the insurance company, they informed me the most I should have paid out of pocket was $313 on the initial day. I was only sent 2 items from them after I made multiple calls each month. I also made a $27.32 payment just to get the item I needed in February. My insurance company said they can not find anywhere in their system why I should have been charged these random amounts and I should in fact be entitled to a refund. After another 45 minute phone call to their billing Rep I was told my account was so screwed up and she couldnt even understand charges she was seeing. She told me the owner would have to contact me the following morning. The owner identified himself as Sal, but the BBB lists the ower as Mrs. Siham Bensalah, and Ms. Asia Nguyen, Business Development. He begins by telling me this is my bill that I have to pay and that my insurance company shouldnt tell me I dont have to pay their bill. This man was ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS. He knew nothing of my ENTIRE situation there and he could not explain the charges to me. He just kept trying to give me canned answers like "it's your responsibility to pay". I could no longer continue to try to speak with this person and I hung up. I am in the process of filing with the BBB, as well as opening a case with the state of MD for insurance fraud. I now go to Equipped For Life and have not had a single issue. PS...Medoville continues to try and bill my insurance for supplies, even though I haven't been with them since February. My insurance has not paid their claims, since they have already received notification from Equipped For Life to begin with them. BEWARE OF THIS "COMPANY"....SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT"
"This is by far the most inept company to get your CPAP materials from. There is a total lack of follow-up in ordering supplies. Even after cacelling my order, I requested that my prescription be mailed to me so that I could use another company. After almost two weeks, I called and was told that, when I originally called, she was with another client and couldn't do it then. My assumption is that she forgot. My suggestion is to steer clear of Medoville and utilize the services of another company."
