"They took 31 bite wings instead of one panoramic. Usually the bite wings are for the molars. I found out later it’s more money for them if they do bite wings. Meanwhile I am exposed to all the radiation. The tech was hurting my gums while doing the bite wings and treated me some kind of way when I complained. The dental hygiene person was nice but she ended up doing two more X-rays and didn’t tell me why. The front desk person was nice which is why they get two stars. The dentist sent me to an oral surgeon and didn’t explain why. They spend more time trying to tell me what my habits and medical conditions where than fixing my teeth. I honestly don’t understand how he has 4.9 stars of 5. But this is my experience. I almost reported him to the dental board for taking all the unnecessary bite wings. Needless to say. I don’t go here anymore. I choose him because of the ratings."
