"The staff was welcoming and the person who took my x-rays was very kind. Once the hygienist came in the experience went down hill. She started the cleaning and I was starting to become anxious. I've had prior bad experiences with dentists and this was my first time here . I asked her to stop and had voiced that I felt like my teeth were going to break. She immediately became defensive and started speaking to me in a condescending tone. Scoffing, saying she has been doing this for years and even teaches at a university. I don’t understand how any of that was relevant. I literally just needed a second to calm down. She could have just easily reassured me that my teeth weren't breaking. Instead she continued to mumble things and then said she didn't even care. Throwing a little tantrum. Which was completely unnecessary. You are an old lady that has allegedly been doing this for years, have you never come across someone who gets anxious at the dentist? You don't have an ounce of compassion or understanding?"

"The female doctor is ignorant my mom had dental work there and when they drilled into her mouth her tooth broke and they had to pull her tooth out and they sent my mom home on ibuprofen which she is allergic too and couldn't take they didnt help my mom at all she was in so much pain she was in tears and they wouldn't give her any pain meds I'd love to see that lady get her tooth pulled and feel the pain my mom expirenced they should be ashamed of themselves when I had my wislim teeth pulled I was sent home on pain meds I mean that lady doctor didn't care at all that my mom was in severe pain and got a terrible infection please do not get dental work done here! You all should be ashamed of yourselfs"

"I have been coming to this dentist for many many years. Since I was young. I thought I could trust my dentist until yesterday when he showed his true face to me. I came in because my tooth on my right side was hurting. I received an x-ray. Hygienist was nice front desk people was nice. Everything seems nice until the dentist came in doctor T. He is very charismatic he said hello I said hello blah blah blah. Hygienist repeat what I said to her about my tooth explain which number tooth it was and I said my teeth are sensitive now so I can't chew ice anymore. He said those who chew ice are our best customers and then told me I needed work on the opposite side of my mouth. I knew then he was a butcher.He will drill your teeth till you are forced to get a surgical extraction which by the way is very expensive. When he's done with you you won't have any teeth left.He needs to be stopped like a class action law suit stopped."

"The best experience I ever had with a dentist. The have great customer service from the time you call and schedule an appointment until the time you are ready to leave your appointment. I was early and instead of making me wait they seen me early, I had X-rays and a tooth pulled and I actually left happy.I am going to recommend them to everyone who I know that needs a dental care especially if it’s an emergency."
