"Oh my goodness, what a refreshing experience!! First off, I was able to use text and text-based communication with them instead of a real time phone conversation (telephobics rejoice) to schedule an appointment. The paperwork one usually must do for new patients was sent days prior to the appointment via a link that one can do in the comfort of their home (where all the answers are) and not be in a rush and panic about. Any further conversation needed was done easily via text. The dental staff all wear masks, but the receptionist doesn't jsyk. I didn't have to wait for more than a few minutes, and the dental staff and receptionist that I encountered were kind and courteous. Dr. Wassif herself was just truly a dream, she explained what she was doing, held no judgement nor shamed me for any "dental transgressions", and answered any questions I had in a way that was both knowledgeable and easy to understand. I'm on medicaid, the "poor people insurance" and have before been judged and treated poorly because of that. This is not the case with Dr. Wassif and her staff, and I'm glad to have found them."
