"I went to aspen dental about 3 had to leave and go to work after waiting so long, but i was told thatthat weeks ago. The staff and assistant in training was wonderful, however they took so long after getting my exray to share their findings concerning the health and problems I am having. After a long wait the dentist finally came in to speak with me and advised me as to what needs to be done. After meeting with dentist I was to speak with the office manager. She was with another client and it took some time, I was told that I would get a call tomorrow discuss my options and plan along with scheduling an appointment to get the oral hygiene done. We'll after a day or so I called to see if I could get some information concerning my treatment, nope no call. I filled out a review and made 2 more calls, still no response, even when I received a message from the review that someone would surely call me within the next 2-3days.NO CALL YET. I am calling my insurance provider to see if they can either not pay the premium or get refunded so that I can use another dentist Very unfortunate situation as I am still in need of dental care This is a very untrustworthy company"

"Stellar dentists and hygienist, however the practice management and front office are lacking. Appointments are often cancelled (sometimes without notice) and may only be scheduled over the phone or in person. The phones are not answered throughout the day and messages go unreturned. It's a decent practice, if by the grace of God you're able to schedule an appointment."

"It was a good experience. I was able to get an appointment the next day after l found them on line. Tech staffs were very friendly. Although you may have to wait a little longer than expected. It was because they were very busy. Be patience. Better than wait a whole month sometimes to get an appointment with your dentist. They were able to schedule my procedure the following week and l am thrilled. Very detailed information about my procedure. I am glad l found this place."
