"I’d give dr K a good review if it weren’t for his inconsistent and disorganized front desk staff. I have tried to schedule myself and my children appointments, but they eventually call me and tell me they need to cancel and reschedule us. Or they say “I’ll call you back later today to schedule” and they never call back. I also work at a dental office and we never say that to a patient. I had my son scheduled and I called the day of the appointment to make sure they did not cancel it (since they have been so disorganized in the past). The front desk woman told me I called and canceled it myself…. I know for a fact I did not cancel. She could not provide the date that I “called”. That’s something we document in our software at my office to avoid confusion and false accusations. I looked at my call history to see if there was a misunderstanding and I made zero outgoing phone calls to this office since the day I called to schedule it and there’s no reason I would cancel my appointment since I need this to enroll my son in school and I took off work for it. She forgot to put me on the schedule and in an effort to cover her mistake, she blamed me. On top of that this woman was extremely rude. I’ll be going to my own office for services from now on, I just really liked Dr. K, but it’s not worth the trouble."

"Dr. K is truly amazing! My whole family sees him, including my two girls since they were toddlers. He is very gentle, professional and genuinely cares about his patients. My girls look forward to their visit with him every time. The front desk staff are also very welcoming and personable. Highly recommend."

"I absolutely LOVE this dentist office!! I drive from Middle River just to come to this dentist office. They are very attentive and professional. Their customer service is impeccable!! The dentist is extremely pleasant and personal. I love that he gives recommendations and takes time out to educate me about my oral care. He is very knowledgeable about dentistry. The office is always clean and organized. They also have great music playing :) When I come to my appointments, I don’t feel like just another patient. I don’t feel rushed. I don’t feel cheated. They really take time out to accommodate my dental needs. It’s really a beautiful experience every time!!"
