"Sometimes staff can be rude, but sometimes kind, especially the pharmacists. Sadly, they are no longer serving our military members and disabled veterans as they are refusing to take Tricare (the military health insurance). It’s shameful that a pharmacy that is supposed to be a small town business is refusing to serve military members and disabled vets."

"They are rude,inconsiderate, and have NO sympathy for anyone. My husband tire was flat so we pulled over in the parking lot so he could tell me to follow him as the owner is behind us telling us to get off his property He is a rude old man and can take his arrogance somewhere else! I've lived in Williamsport since I was 7 we definitely don't need that kind of business in our town. A real man would have asked how he could help not yelling at us just because we weren't going into his store! I will never ever refer this place. Very very very unprofessional and unpleasant!!"

"I was planning to use this pharmacy but when speaking to them on the phone they are the most arragant , rude, inconsiderate people I have ever spoken with. I would not recommend them to a dog. Not sure how they can stay in business with their attitudes. I worked in customer care related business for 44 years and I would ha e been fired if I ever spoke to a customer or lied to a customer like they do. DO NOT USE THEM."

"Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Pharmacist are always willing to guide me in the right direction. I changed all scrips after standing in a big box store, waiting and waiting for service. No regrets on moving to Williamsport Pharmacy!! Great to have vaccines here locally. Well stocked and good place to pick up a birthday card. Items are competitively priced."
