"Today I saw Dr. Mandel for a consultation concerning my need for another dental implant, despite the fact that his new office is significantly more difficult for me to reach than the previous location where I saw him for two previous dental implants years ago. So when I arrived, almost a half hour late for my appointment, which was only an hour long, his staff and he all assured me that it was perfectly OK for me to be that late! He did ask me why I had chosen him when I had a consultation request for a different specialist from my new general practitioner dentist. I replied that although I had only had two previous implants, I knew that I didn’t ever want anyone else doing a dental implant for me…. ever! He is the best! He is only satisfied with the best possible outcomes for each of his patients from himself and each of his staff! Everyone treated me like royalty!"
