"Waited for an hour to be seen, just for a new patient exam (not including teeth cleaning because they don't do that at the first appointment). They took 20 of those X-rays where they jam the plastic thing in your mouth and cut my mouth twice in the process. Waited an entire hour before seeing anyone despite my appointment time and arriving early. Then once I got in, it still took an hour just for X-rays and the dentist to say hi. I was there 2 hours and would have been longer, but I demanded I needed to leave to take care of my family that I should have been back to an hour ago because at 1.75 hours they said I had 20 more minutes before the dentist would even see me. If you have any sort of schedule or responsibilities besides going to the dentist, I don't recommend because you'll spend all day there. The employees were polite about it, but there was no reasoning and no warning for the hour+ delay. I would have happily rescheduled. It was unacceptable"

"After not having a great experience in my younger years with the dental industry and then needing this extraction I was terrified… but the staff were very helpful and supportive through every step. Everyone should experience that level of care and kindness and I can’t thank them enough I cried tears of joy when the pain was gone and though I never want to experience that pain again it gave me the confidence to get the rest of my dental care back on track."

It was super clean and the sign in was completely electronic which I thought was very cool lol From the front desk to the dental hygienist after being seen each person greeted me with a smile. I was walked through every part of my exams and was treated with so much respect and kindness. I have ZERO complaints. The most thorough and transparent office I have ever went to. I will DEFINITELY be back!"

From the welcome at the reception desk to the examination to the checkout and estimated cost for services ( 1/3 of the price I had expected). The “bedside manner” of the dentists and technicians was unbelievably calming, respectful, and reassuring. Can’t wait to take the next steps with them on my way to Healthy and glamorous SMILE!!!"
