"Hidden gem! This out of the way place is quite! Staff was pleasant and very helpful."

"Pool was warm and mostly clean. I didn't appreciate the staff completely ignoring me for ice cream when we arrived. There was a young lady and a man at the desk and several other employees standing in the back of the room that all ignored my family and I and the fact that we were even standing there. An older gentleman came over from the back of the room to offer his assistance finally after he noticed me discussing the inattention of the employees. Those same people from the front desk dressed in lifeguard suit proceeded to start a game of water basketball nearly over top of the children's heads of our party. While swimming around the pool I was shocked to hear the swim instructor curse at the children in his group on several occasions. We had one life guard that took over at some point and his quirky jokes were the highlight of our time at the pool. They had a gated seating areas off both sides of the pool which the adults enjoyed. However we all were thrown off by the time the kids found the 4th pair of random underwear"

"This facility cares nothing of their customers who have concerns of the weather for the dates in which their events are scheduled. I contacted both the manager as well as the President of the pool to express my concerns about the weather on the evening of my event. If the temperature is 64 degrees although the pool water may state 70 degrees it is still a massive drop once you get out of the pool. My guest who were intending to use the pool did not agree with the temperature therefore hindering my event and crowd. However this facility only was worried about the money they obtained from me and had no concern of me or my guest afterwards. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of compassion and constant comparison of me and previous clients they had as if they were the ones paying them at the moment. Very unprofessional, very inconsiderate and distasteful."

"This is A Horrible establishment. Not sanitary at all. The pool floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. The management is very rude, the older white lady is extremely disrespectful. don't waste your time or your money on this establishment there are other pools who value customer service."

"Kids are taking swimming classes for the first time and the instructors are both knowledgeable and patient. The locker facilities are a bit older but you can tell that it's been maintained as well as it could be, while trying to remain affordable for the community. Grateful that I live near here because I can tell that it is a special place."
