"Refused service for a “fad” medication that I actually need for a diabetic issue. I have given them my business in the past, but they will no longer get anything from me and I will be sharing my experience everywhere. Martinsburg Pharmacy. Thanks but no thanks for the generic reply. It’s funny that I had literally just disconnected with the store when I posted this review. The tech I spoke with (female) confirmed that you DO in fact have the medication in stock that I needed so spare me with the FAQ from the FDA. It’s not that you can’t get it - you HAVE it and refused service."

"When my old pharmacy closed, I was on the hunt for a new one. And wow, did I luck out. The people who work there are incredibly nice. They also filled my prescription so fast that I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. 10/10 will recommend. Plus, we love supporting local pharmacies!"

"I normally don’t write reviews, but I absolutely love this pharmacy. Everyone is very friendly and knowledge. I have a lot of medical issues hence; I have a lot prescriptions. The pharmacist Josh is amazing! He always takes care of medications that needed refills, called insurance companies, doctors offices, etc. for whatever I needed! I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area."

"Fantastic !!! The best pharmacy in the area !! Recently, I dropped off a new prescription and my insurance did not approve. The pharmacist did the research about WHY. and then called my doctor and told her what the problem was in the writing of the prescription. All that in record time and so very friendly. They did not even tell me all the work they did. The doctor called me to explain what the pharmacists had found out why. That would not have happened in big chain pharmacy. I would wait a day just to find out my insurance did not cover it and for me to call my insurance company to find out why, and then wait all weekend to get hold of my doctor because it was Friday. I really needed this medicine asap ! They made it happen without me asking or bragging. They ARE GREAT !!"
