"Had the best experience with Dr. Shin. She wasn’t my regular dentist but will be now. I had a dental emergency, on Friday evening, left a message on her texting system with the details. Her office got back with me first thing Saturday morning and got me in to see her. My regular dentist wouldn’t have been available at best on Monday and there would have been no guarantee I would have been able to get in for care. Her office staff was very efficient and on time. I didn’t have to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. She and her office staff were very professional. She was quick to make a diagnosis and did not perform any unnecessary tests or offer any kind of up sell. Her treatment was painless and quick. She has very “gentle hands” and was not rough. I was amazed at how well she and her assistant worked together. He anticipated all of her needs and moves. It’s as if they have been “dance partners” for a very long time. Everything was well choreographed. I don’t write many reviews on Google, but the care and compassion that Dr. Shin and her team displayed was so exceptional that I felt I needed to share my experience.
