"Absolute trash. My home warranty company contacted Penguin for an electrical issue with my pool. Todd was my point of contact. For nine days he dodged, ignored, or misrepresented himself via text messages. He had every sorry excuse in the book including not having any idea when the sun might set on what was his third or fourth reschedule. This company is all that's wrong with Google letting people buy positive feedback. I encourage you to read the one-star reviews. They are a far more accurate representation of what you can expect from this outfit: nothing."
