"Be careful - they just charged my wife out of network prices because they filed the claim incorrectly and are refusing to do anything about it. Hoping my insurance company will be there for me but we all know how that goes. If you have Carefirst, make sure when they provide pricing, they file the claim under the Group name and not the provider name. They are not going to tell you while you are there and will charge you regardless."

"Readers, I do NOT rate health care professionals lightly! I have had TOO MANY horrible dental experiences in Olney. Besides being 77, I have had many years of dental care from which to judge. I can honestly say that Dr. Levine has been AWESOME in the less than one year that I've known him. Dr. Levine LISTENS to his patients and UNDERSTANDS their needs and wishes. He does NOT push unnecessary, and usually overly expensive, procedures as do too many other Olney dentists. I needed a new bridge because I did NOT want to attempt implants for a number of reasons. Dr. Levine's staff did an EXPERT PROFESSIONAL job taking multiple molds of my mouth such that the finished product required very minor adjustment for a PERFECT fit. Too many of the younger dentists ONLY know IMPLANTS and are insufficiently trained in the less expensive and sometimes more desirable or medically indicated removable appliances. Dr. Levine fully answered my questions regarding the design of the device. His Staff is a DELIGHT. His office KNOWS what it is doing. Within a few minutes of scheduling an appointment, I receive both a text and email notification. Payment options are clear and fully explained. BTW, his staff has "squeezed" me in for minor "adjustment" of the bridge instead of making me wait for a scheduled appointment. I want to commend Melvin and Fe of his staff. "I liked the office for cleanings. I then had to have an implant done and was given a quote for $1,600 so I agreed to have it done. After having the hole dug and the base put in, I was given another invoice to have a tooth put in for $1,300. I said that they already paid for the full amount and was told that that was to get ready for the tooth and the second was to put the tooth in. That's like having a garage give to a quote to fix you car, you pay it and then when you come back to get the car, they tell you the first quote was to take the car apart and that you owed more money to put the car back together. They are good for cleanings, but go somewhere else for dental work where you are only charged once and they are upfront with the costs."

"I have to switch my family to another provider, the administration is horrible. They don't want to do anything, to fix the billing problems with insurance, unless you insist for estimate.The dental treatment is outstanding from doctor Levine, itself. Can't say that for other provides from this practice."
