"Had a great experience with everyone and loved our first season as pool owners !!! Definitely recommend"
"Great company! The staff are friendly and always helpful and willing to answer questions! They take pride in their work!"
"Mike came out and we asked for the biggest pool we could get, he told us he would, and he delivered! Everything was great! Sunrise organized everything so we had no stress. The only down fall was the electrician that they use. After a few hiccups we had to sort through, we could continue the process. The office staff is great with the answering questions and prompt responses. We couldn't be happier, and take our advice, and have them do everything!"
"9/16/2022 easiest pool to take care of. Still enjoying it. 9/10/21 still loving the pool, super low maintenance and no issues. 8/21/19(1 year later) Love our pool! whole process went great, pool is awesome - Thanks so much 9/4 - I have to note that we have had a good stretch of favorable weather so the timeline of progress is specific to my project and dependent on the weather. Your pool construction may go quicker or may take longer. I was not asked to write or edit this review. Just started the process of having a pool installed. Don has been great to deal with. I had contacted other builders in the area, after a lot of 'interviews' we decided to go with Sunrise. I'll update as the build progresses. 8/8 we live in a critical area so permitting is always a hassle. I was able to get it approved in 16 days which is fairly fast for this area. Shortly after we got our dig date which is next week. Hopefully the weather doesn't push us back. So far the folks ar Sunrise have been great, very friendly and always willing to answer my questions. 8/14 Dig Day! All went well today crew was pleasant and worked efficiently. Don swung by to check on the progress. We had no issues making some last minute alterations before the dig. 8/17 Rebar day! Project is progressing quicker than I expected. It's funny how the size of the pool seems to grow and shrink at each stage. Before the dig seeing it painted on the ground it felt small however once it was dug I had a HUGE hole in the back yard. Now the steel is in the hole it shrank a little. 8/18 Plumbing started! Wow that was fast. The pool side plumbing is done. Our dirt is too loose to dig the trenches back to the equipment location so they will finish up after the shell is done. 8/21-8/22 Inspection week! more to come.. Update 8/21 Bonding inspection Passed 8/21 Evening - Heavy rain caused one sandy wall to cave in and bury some rebar. I called Sunrise and left a message warning of the situation. They sent someone right out early 8/22 to assess and correct the issue. The steel must be fully encapsulated in the concrete otherwise it will corrode and cause structural issues. 8/22 Steel inspection Passed 8/23 On schedule for the gunite/shotcrete . I'll update with pictures once its done. 8/23 The shotcrete was completed on schedule, 5 truckloads full of concrete was pretty amazing to watch the pool take shape. 8/25 Plumbing stage 2 - plumbing guys came out to finish digging trenches and hooking up all the equipment. 8/25 -9/1 - Vacation. Came home to find the tile and coping was done while we were out which was pretty neat to see. Some of the tile was a bit less than lined up so I gave Sunrise a call. 9/4 Sunrise came out to look at the tile work and agree that a few spots need to be corrected. Tile guys will be out sometime this week to fix. 9/4 Waiting on electrical to call and schedule his/her work Will update 9/11 Electrical is done - crew was nice, always took shoes off when entering the house. Looks like they take pride in the work they do. I'll do another review for that company. 9/12 Inspection Electrical & Trenching - Pass 9/13 Fencing delivered from Aluminum Fence Direct - everything looks in order - not a sunrise so does not reflect on them. 9/13-9/18 bad weather :( I'm on the schedule to have the decking done they say hopefully next week 9/24 -9/28 . The decking company is someone I contracted, I suspect if I went through sunrise it would get done a little quicker. 9/18 - Still waiting to have the crooked tiles fixed - I won't let the plaster go in until they are fixed. 9/Something Tile guys came out and addressed all the points I had marked out. I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I may have been asking too much. I must say looks great now 10/1 Decking has started - This was my own contractor so no details here. 10/8 concrete decking going in This may be my last update of 2018 - Sunrise has been A+ throughout the project."
"So far so good on our pool build. Let me just say building a pool takes a lot of people and steps. First is the dig and destruction of your yard. Second they frame the pool with steel. Third they run the plumbing. Fourth they shoot the gunite and let it cure for about a week, you need to wet it down 1-2 times per day. Fourth they complete the tile and coping. Fifth they run the electrical. Sixth you get your deck/patio work done. Seventh is having your fence installed. Eighth is to plaster the pool and then fill with water. We got a great pool design from Mike our salesman and then have worked with Diane/Patrick and Don at the office to keep the project moving forward. They have explained and followed up on every phase of the work. The price and quality of the pool is hard to beat. I will update once the pool is 100% complete and being used."
