"The 2 girls working there were no help at all- I told them I was brand new to owning a pool and they didn’t explain anything about how to fix my pool or why chemicals were needed. They genuinely seemed annoyed I was even in the store. Very frustrating experience!"

"Unfortunately my experience was not good. Took my Polaris pool cleaner there as they are an authorized dealer. Took it by on the weekend and they said they would look at it Monday. Did not hear anything for a few days and called that Wednesday. The girl that answered said they had to order a special cord to be able to test it and that it would be there the following Monday. That Monday came and went, no calls or communication, and I called Wednesday to inquire and the girl was very short and said the cord was not arriving until Thursday. I asked why they did not bother to call me at all, and nothing except that it did not arrive and it was coming on Thursday. Still no phone call after Thursday and I had to follow up a 3rd time to which they told me it was the cord which had bite marks from my dog. Every call was very short and snooty. I went out of the country the next week and could not pick up the cleaner until today and while I was on my way I got a call to which the girl spoke so fast I had no idea who it was and asked again who it was and they said the pool company and asked why i had not picked up the unit. I was on my way. Got there, greeted by a young girl who was not very friendly, but she proceeded to grab the unit. The woman who looked at the unit came out and I asked her if she was the owner, she said no, the manager. I proceeded to pay for the service and asked if I could give some constructive criticism, she said yes, and I told her about my experience. Nothing. As the general manager it was silly to me as I was simply trying to express my experience so that maybe they might want to improve but no apology and she kind of sneered like she really didn't care. That's too bad as I may have purchased more from them. I can see why their reviews are not that good. It starts at the top and when the manager doesn't care, why should the other employees. I asked for the owners card so that I could at least let them know. Just sad to see how poor customer service can kill a business. I'll take mine elsewhere."

"STAY AWAY! This is, without question, the worst pool company with whom I have ever done business. If I could give zero stars, I would. They were repeatedly late or canceled at the last minute, removed equipment from our pool without prior approval or even notification, and then tried to deny that it happened. When I called to find out what repair was actually necessary, it took three calls back before they could tell me what actually happened. I wasn't even told that a part was taken away until I got home and saw it myself. They do not have customer service. When my wife called to complain, they were rude and then denied to me that they were rude when I called back. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!"

"If you’re having any issues with your pool they’ll be able to help you! They are the best pool place around! Very honest and helpful! All the other pool companies want to sell you products you don’t need. Thank you ladies!"

"Not happy at all with this service. This company is absolute joke. Bought a brand new Polaris do to the fact that they threw ours away. Our new Polaris we could not figure out why it wouldnt work properly. Sure enough because they are completely aloof sold us one that wasnt comparable with our pump. Called several times to work out the issue and was treated like trash. Shame to hear of a local business that doesn't take care of its locals. Now I'm stuck with a 700 machine that doesn't even work. You wont be in business long of this is how you treat people."
