"Awful experience. I had a first appointment and the dental hygienist did the gum probing and said that she would need to clean under the gum. I explained to her that I would not do this as I have done it before and it is very painful. She then said "ethically" she can not service me - mind you I only wanted a cleaning on my teeth. I was fine with them taking xrays. In my view this is another way for them to make money. "Rachael" would not even allow me to sign a document saying that I objected to the gum cleaning. Wasted two hours of my time. I would not recommend this dental company."
