"We been using this dentist almost 5 years but now some stuff member’s are really rude and impatience. I am thinking to Change Dentist. Dr.Mansman has to retrain his stuff. This morning when I called and ask front desk lady about my son appointment canceled and you guys moved next week. She start telling me we don’t give them right insurance information. When I asked her I need Dr. Mansman email or Ms. Tina’s phone number frost desk lady refused it and told me if I leave my number someone call you about your concern or you can email our office email. I asked her again I need to talk someone who can help me out then she put me on hold 10-15 mins and I was thinking May be she is looking someone to get me help , but when she pick up phone she said oh that person is busy please leave you name and number and they will call you back. I want bring up this issue to Dr.Mansman or MS Tina since front desk employee refuse to give me Dr.Mansman email. I hope someone contact me and give me some king justification."

"Dr Mansman is, hands-down, thee BEST children's dentist!! I've lived in Los Angeles, Baltimore, and now West Virginia. If you're around Frederick MD, this is the team to see! My 5 year old has severe autism and with Mansman's knowledge and expertise, my son is able to get the absolute best care while I'm left with relief after each visit. We have had extractions, caps, x-rays, etc and they are able to do it all. I do suggest some patience though as this is a very popular children's dentist and always busy."

"The wait time is long.. Expect to sit a few hours but Dr Mansman is great. My 3yr old had to get 4 teeth pulled and he was so kid friendly... He knew how to make the visit not scary at all... Through the whole procedure he talked to my son and made it so he could understand... The wait is 100% well worth it... I would recommend anyone to his office.. The techs are super nice as well giving popsicles and explaining everything... Great team work and great job being a awesome dentistry...!"

My daughter chipped her tooth a few weeks back and we have been to several different dentist. Our first visit there and her tooth was fixed!! She was such a happy camper.
