"Certainly NOT THE CHEAPEST IN TOWN + THERE PHONE MENU IS THE MOST TIME CONSUMING, and boring to listen to!!!!"
"Gets a 1 because of the piss poor accuracy of pill counts, the constant trash in the drive-thru area, and always sending the "your prescription is ready for pickup" text way before all the prescriptions are filled. Service may be different for you, but don't get your hopes up. Keyser CVS is a whole lot worse. Use walmart in winchester or keyser for much better service."
"Very nice and professional"
"Each time I call before I run a half an hour in to get the medications and every time they tell me yes they are ready. This time I called on 2/27 they said yes they are ready I told them I was at work and I would be in on 2/28 to pick them up. I came there today and they told me the medications still were not ready and it would be about another 30 minutes. This is not the first time it has happened to me. Why even call and ask if they are ready because they never are. They told me the reason that the medication wasn't ready was because they didn't have my foster care kid insurance but yet yesterday they asked me if it was the right Medicaid number and read it back to me. I didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes to get medication because I had to get the kids from school. So now I have to run back and have a 30 min drive to get the medication. Something needs to be done this is horrible customer service."
