"I was using trugreen for at least 13 years. But,in the last 3 years,they service/technicians sucks big time. They said they applied the fertilizer(but no smell of fertilizer after applications,no signs of the granular fertilizer when they used,no marks on the grass when they walked/step or after they drag the hose around?,are those techs now levitate? or using drones now).I have ring door bell & camara on my property ,it records as soon someone steps on the driveway or the front lawn...and these techs said @ 7:06 am " I l knocked at the door.I'm sorry that I missed you today?I left the house that day @ 7:08 am,they did these ghost applications about 6 times...also never applied fertilizer on the edges of the lawn..."

"Absolutely the worst company! The picture of our green front lawn was taken on Sept 5, 2022. The completely dead, brown front lawn picture was taken on Oct 10, 2022. And yes, Tru Green was treating our property during that month. After requesting 2 times to have a Manager come out to look at this damage to our property, both times just a technician showed up. Clearly the Allentown manager has no interest in his customers. Today we were told that there's a disease on our lawn and there's nothing that they can do about it. So we are now stuck looking at this disgusting dead brown lawn until we can hire real professionals in the Spring to fix it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!! And the only reason for 1 star is because you can't post a review without it!"

"You probably have the worst service in PA. I had your service in TX and it was professional and the results were obvious - even in a much harsher weather! My yard has developed large patches and bald spots everywhere. And it is not surprising. Your treatment "experts" are what is the problem. They spend less than 5 minutes per visit, in which time it is humanly impossible to walk around the house, much less do any meaningful treatment. They spend 10 minutes sitting in their van and leave. These are on camera. I don't think you guys are unaware - you just don't care."

"Today I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with "Ray". While my lawn has been under the care of Trugreen for the past 11 year years, last fall I had trouble with my shrubs and began having my shrubs and trees treated for fungus, mites and insects. Ray, today's technician, was very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time with me looking at the various shrubs and trees in my yard and providing recommendations, diagnoses, as well as treatment. I was very confident that my yard was in good hands. In addition to his display of knowledge and good work ethic, he is a great asset to your company in terms of customer relations....he was very friendly and personable....so far as to stop with a honk and a wave as he departed down my street. I look forward to speaking with him and reviewing my shrub health on his next visit!"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company has grown too large to properly service small lawns in my area. I have just over 1/2 an acre and the service is absolutely terrible. They never do the entire lawn because they think that the homeowner won't know (even though I have cameras and I am home watching them.) The final straw was when a technician showed up to do the fall fertilization on a morning when there was heavy frost on the ground. Didn't bother him a bit, Drove his machine right over it causing damage to everything but my side yard (only because he did not do that part because he couldn't be bothered to open the gate which does not lock. I now have dead grass racing stripes around my property that I will have to take care of in the spring. High turnover rate of untrained personnel that are just trying to do enough to move on to the next job. I have never been able to talk to anyone local in my area to discuss my issues, I only get to sit on hold for 30-45 min waiting to talk to a general call center. This is not the lawn professional that I thought I hired. Do yourself a favor, look for a local company that has your lawn health in mind."
