"This dentist is not transparent with their billing and overcharges for services. Their service is subpar at best. They are also terrible with scheduling 6-month dental cleanings and getting back to you on inquiries. You have to wait at least 8 months before you can get your next dental cleaning scheduled, which is absurd. If you have any questions, you’ll need to call multiple times to get your answer. This is the only dental office that I’ve been to that has so much trouble scheduling dental cleanings. My family and I are going elsewhere for our dental needs. You should seriously consider other dental offices before deciding to use this practice."

I’ve solicited feedback from my community on their experiences with Kopit and found out that many have left because the doctor said they needed various dental work done. After getting a second opinion found out that they didn’t need all or most of what was suggested (fillings, etc.) and years later still didn’t need anything done.
