Last year, when we set up our above the ground pool and were lookingforavailabile in the area pool service, we were lucky to find this company. Amir was able to accommodate us and add us to his schedule on a very short notice (despite being busy and having their schedule full). We replaced our pool with a bigger one this year. We did the installation ourselves and were not sure if everything was done the right way. Amir was kind enough to come with his team, check it out, and fix all the issues. And he never even charged us for that. Amir and his team are very professional, always on time, and do a great job. They are very responsive to calls and messages and are always willing to share extra information and answer our questions."

"This is an extremely rude and unprofessional pool company. I requested a cleaning service before Memorial Day weekend of my pool that had already been regularly maintained up to the week prior. The told me the fee would be $100 which I thought was fair and reasonable compared to some other companies that were around $120-130. This was my first service with them and I was looking for a company to regularly provide weekly service. Once they were done, I got a bill for $169, saying they had to add extra chemicals and put a chlorine floater - neither of this was presented to me for my consent beforehand. So I end up with nearly a double bill. I told them this was not right, but that I still was going to pay them. However, 2 days later the pool was covered in in green algae (something that had never happened before - photo attached). I frantically had to get another company to come fix this mess as I had guests that weekend and these guys couldn’t come out soon enough to fix the problem. Later I asked the owner to stop by to discuss what had happened and set expectations before moving forward, yet he was too busy for this too. Based on what had happened, I shouldnt have paid them anything, especially since I had to pay another company 2 days later for the same exact service. I sent them a message explaining all this and still I offered them half the cost, $85 as a good will gesture, which they immediately accepted. Clearly they knew they were in the wrong. Yet as soon as I made the payment they sent me a very rude and sarcastic message as if this situation was my fault and that they would never come back for service because I short changed them….Good riddance! Like I said terrible experience with extremely unprofessional ownership!"
