"I have been a patient for a while here and it’s been ok. However, I will not recommend this place to anyone. The beside manner is cold, but what really turned me off is their fee policy in regards to missed appointments. I had a baby on Thanksgiving day, I had an appointment the following Monday for a cleaning which I of course couldn’t cancel due to the holiday weekend. They called me Monday morning and when I asked to reschedule I instead got a lecture about the missed appointment and the fee they wouldn’t be waiving. Seriously? I am very disappointed by the lack of understanding and compassion. I highly recommend you find another dentist. You deserve better."

"I can not overstate how AMAZING this dental practice is! From the moment you walk in the door, the staff at the front make you feel relaxed and welcomed. They are always upfront and honest if they think there will be out-of-pocket costs (and let you know BEFORE they do any of the work). I am neuro-divergent and have had some extremely traumatic experiences with dental work in the past. This combination leaves me EXTREMELY fearful of the dentist. However, I have had nothing but a safe, comfortable and relaxed experience at every single appointment. I highly recommend Barbara Bell's office to anyone looking for a dentist!!"

"I have been here a few times and received good care and wanted to go back. Two years ago, I had an appointment and went to the appointment, but when I got there, they told me that I would need to have x-rays done in order to have a cleaning and check-up which I couldn't afford at the time, especially with last minute notice like that. I apologized and left without having any services done. Call back today, and they notified me I had a $75 balance to pay off from that visit for missing an appointment before I could schedule a new one. I'm sorry, but that is insane to charge your patients $75 when I physically showed up to the appointment and just couldn't afford the unexpected extra services. I understand the inconvenience for the business, but there has to be a bit of compassion in your practice. I will definitely be finding a new dentist, which is unfortunate, because I really liked this place."

The hygienist who did my cleaning was thoroughly and non-judgmental. Dr. Bell thoroughly explained my treatment plan and answered all of my questions in a respectful manner.
