"The other day when we stopped to get my son’s medicine, the ladies were very friendly and awesome! Today when I stopped to get mine, whoever the bigger lady with glasses was who was standing at the front register was rude as can be! This was my first time getting a prescription there for myself and she acted like it was absolutely horrible to have to take my insurance and answer my questions. She completely ignored me when I asked how to sign for my medication until I said I was going to make sure she got an awesome review. They really need to have someone work the front register. The other ladies in there were very nice but because of her absolutely unnecessary rudeness, I’d prefer to never go back. No sense in how rude she was to me because I was polite. Of course until she continued to be rude to me. Now the young girl who gave me my medication and checked me out was very friendly and sweet. It was just the bigger lady guarding the front register who was rude. It’s a shame. It only takes one horrible person like her to ruin a new place for me."

"I really was happy with my service here until they got rid of Jamie the pharmacist. After that everything went down hill. The clown that is running it now is a joke. I have talked to her about my issues and nothing has changed except to get worse. So I had no choose to switch pharmacy."

"I had to travel about an hour from Clarksburg on a Friday morning to get the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. I had called earlier this week to insure they had that specific vaccine and explained to them the urgency. When I arrived on Friday morning to get the vaccine everyone behind the counter was very very nice. It was important for me to be able to get the Johnson and Johnson in order to start my new employment. Without it I would have had to wait another 4 weeks of I would have had to get one of the other vaccines and the 2nd booster before being able to start. So I was beyond grateful they were able to administer the last vaccine of that kind. As I said, everyone was very very kind. I definitely give this pharmacy 5 stars."
