"We had our pool refinished with J-Pro back in 2018. Joe Jr. was great; but the plaster company they used did a terrible job. Joe Sr. was very dismissive and told me their was no problem with the Finish, while I agree the finish does not have structural problems there are white splotches everywhere and you can see footprints and trowel marks. At one point Joe Sr told me this was not a $50,000 watch that you would expect to be perfect. Yes, they tried a few things to resolve the problem but from my perspective it has made very little impact in terms of improvement to the finish."

"Two yrs ago i had a bit of a rocky start with a service guy that was sent to check on my pool . I hated to say...... i wasn't going back to J Pro. This was frustrating because it's local company and very convent if i needed anything for my pool . The more people i spoke with assured me J Pro is a good company.Go back to them . After speaking with Jen and Joe Jr. about my experience with their service guy . Spring of 2019 . I'M BACK AT J PRO and my pool work has already started and finished in 2 DAYS !!! There was a nice dirty mess with all the digging , taking up pavers and cutting concrete . You wouldn't have even known they were there when finished . I'm very impressed so far ."

"I was a long time customer of J pro until we had to have some minor work done opening our pool this Summer. One plug from our skimmer needed to be removed, and a pipe, small pipe, needed to be replaced to get the system to turn on properly because it was taking in air. J pro try to charge us for a full pool opening-$300. When I tried to negotiate with Joe senior, he told me that our invoice was not up for negotiation and he was taking it to the magistrate's office. He was extremely rude, interrupted me constantly, and taunted me when I tried to explain that there had been a slight delay in me getting back-to him about the in voice (30 days from when we received it), explaining that my husband is regularly hospitalized and I have 3 children and work full time. He mock-cried at me in response - HEIGHT of professionalism. I tried to support a local business, but looks like we're going to Leslie pool supply."
