"Ms Carol is wonderful. The kids and I always feel welcome and she always schedules us so she can take care of my kids. My sons dental exams went from him freaking out and screaming to him talking up a storm and inviting her to his 6th birthday party. All thanks to her kindness and compassion."
"Carol is a wonderful hygienist and she excellent on cleaning my teeth Dr Bob is a fantastic dentist who has taken great lengths on providing excellent dental care"
"Dr Jolene went above the call of duty to complete the treatment I requested! She pays extreme attention to detail and is thorough in all she does! I pray she stays with the practice. The entire support staff is also amazing! Thanks for restoring my faith in Covenant!"
"The bad outweighed the good. The good was being able to be seen the day after I called to make an appointment for a very sore tooth. That was the only good. The bad started quickly. My appointment was for 11:30. One of the assistants came to get me. She never asked my name. She just said, you can follow me. She never introduced herself either. I was the only 1 in the waiting room, but I could have been waiting for a relative. She tells me to sit and was going to take some X-rays. She quickly takes my mouth and starts to put the film in. My mouth is already painful and I wear an upper removable denture that is easily removable. She was not gentle. The 1st one didn’t turn out so she had to do it again and I told her my mouth hurt, so it was hard to open, and I could take out my removable denture. She told me it was fine and shoved the xray back in my mouth. Very quickly after that, another person started to probe in my mouth. I’m assuming it was the dentist, but she never introduced herself either. Told her my tooth started to hurt a few days ago but got worse yesterday. She looks around my mouth and states I have a cracked tooth. Told me I did not have an infection. No antibiotics needed. Told me I need to see an Endodontist because she does not pull teeth. I said ok. Asked if there was something different I could do for pain. I was taking Tylenol and Advil. She said they don’t prescribe narcotics. I told her I wasn’t asking for narcotics, just if there was a different combination of or dosage to take. She did answer this question, but then she and the assistant started to walk away. I asked if I needed to make an appointment with the Endodontist or if they do it. The assistant did stop to say I needed to call for that appointment. I felt they wanted to rush me out do they could possibly go to lunch. The next day, my face and neck started to swell where the bad tooth was. I called the office and told them of my concern about the swelling and that I was also still using the Tylenol and Advil. The receptionist said I could double up on the Tylenol and Advil. But that wasn’t my concern. I again told her about my swelling and asked her to relay that to the Dentist. She said she would and told me to expect a call. A few minutes later, a female named Missy called. Asked again why I was calling. Told her I was concerned about the swelling and possible infection, but she said since I was seeing an Endodontist the next day, it would be OK and the Endodontist would look at it and take care of it. I told Missy I wanted her to tell the Dentist about my concern and wanted to hear if she wanted to see me or prescribe something. Missy did ask and in the most non friendly tone told me the Dentist would send in a script for an antibiotic. I was done with them. As an added bonus, the swelling became so bad that I went to the ER the next morning. Had an abscess and was given a different antibiotic and steroid. Saw the Endodontist right after. She agreed I had an abscess. She stated I needed my tooth pulled and I was referred to see an oral surgeon to pull it. It was pulled Friday, after seeing Covenant on Tuesday. And yes, it was infected. Just my story. Good luck."
"Jane, the hygienist, was pleasant, engaging and thorough. The dentist (can't remember his name) was also quick and professional. He did "sell" me an additional service of a fluoride treatment, which may be an indication of unwanted treatments to come. Not happy that my insurance may not cover it too. I would appreciate knowing who the dentist(s) are and who I am seeing at Covenant. Dr. Zimmerman's name is on the front of your building. Is he still with Covenant?"
