"This place is horribly run. I learned through a recent visit that management hides their young beginner skates behind the counter near the snack bar instead of making them available at the skate rental room. So naturally without having knowledge of this, regular skates were rented for our young beginner skaters. Management don't let you know that these skates are available until after you've wasted your money buying their useless assisted skate walkers for your young skaters. Then they refuse to give you a refund if the skate walkers are not needed or used. I was highly upset about this, since there's no policy or notice anywhere in the building about no refunds. The managers are those seen in the pics who made these erroneous decisions. Stay far from this place!!!! You'll be glad you saved the trip."

"This was probably one of THE BEST floors I have ever skated on. 4 stars only because it felt dangerous to not allow personal water bottles. I offered to pour it out so I could fill it inside but was not allowed to do this. I came to exercise do you want people to pass out? Water bottle was $1.50 inside but you shouldn’t be forced to purchase single use plastic. Music for a Friday was just okay. There was a DJ and it was mostly mixed beats which was good but unpredictable and at times hard to skate to. Crowd was mostly children which I can understand. Overall, It was a decent experience. It is a safe place to skate with kids. I will try coming back for an adult night."

"I was more than disappointed at the service I had here. I brought my children that are under the age of 18 here before and they were allowed in with no problem. I tried to bring them again and they weren’t allowed but previously they were allowed but i wasted my gas and my time. The front desk lady was beyond rude."

"The Google search website says closed on Sundays but they are actually open.. Wish the dj played more "Regular" music but overall place is cool.. MUST STRESS THAT THEY ARE BIG ON RULES LIKE NO HATS HOODIES EARPHONES ETC. If you want accurate information PLEASE CHECK WEBSITE IF IN DOUBT."

"Just celebrated my daughter's birthday party here. We booked the party package online and the staff were very attentive to ensure all details were addressed before the party. The space was great with plenty of room for kids and parents. Food was tasty and staff kept checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We really enjoyed it and I would recommend it to others! Thanks for making the day special!"
