"My 3 children have attended Casa Lala summer camps for three summers now. They have had such a wonderful time exploring places in and around DC. They come home each evening happy and exhausted. Their days are filled with a variety of fun activities like swimming, scootering around town, and visiting museums. This camp is a true gem!"

"Casa Laila is the best summer program that my girls have been to. I wish we could live in DC to do their after school program, but summer definitely we are Casa Lala!!! The children go out on field trips all day, and explore DMV playgrounds, parks, museums and pools. Definitely a lot of outdoor activities and on top of that, the kids learn Spanish. Lala has a great reputation within the community with many families knowing her for more than 10 years when she started as a teacher. My girls love her so much! I always have a good peace of mind leaving my girls at Casa Lala and knowing that they will have an awesome day! Our summer dinners are full of stories, adventures and hearing everything that they learned, with the little bonus of 2 exhausted children willing to go to sleep earlier than usual. I highly recommend Casa Lala for summer camps, one day programs and weekly camps- this is truly the place where you kid can be a kid!!!"

"The experience at Casa Lala started in such a positive way. However, overtime, the experience changed dramatically at the point that the owner (Marcela) was caught mistreating my 3 year old son at a public space. Luckily, a bystander recorded the situation and we had proof to confront her. Unfortunately, her reaction was aggressive and she didn’t accept any responsibility. I highly regret to not reporting her at the moment of the incident, but maybe it is never too late to warn parents about Marcela’s toxic leadership style and poor behavior toward kids."
