"I have changed my 1star rating to a 5 star due to the merchandising manager Jason calling me and responding to my concerns. He truly cared about my experience and offered to make things right . Thank you Jason . Horrible shopping experience. Went to buy a tv. Made 4 different trips to look at picture from different angles etc. Finally decided to pull the trigger and wouldn't you know it the tv price below display wasn't the price of the tv it was 300.00 more. Asked them to honor price. Assistant manager Trevor wouldn't do it.I asked for the GM of store to call me since he was off. Well 4 days later and after me calling him and being told he is to busy to talk to a customer he will call back I never received a call. Finally received a call back from Trevor stating they followed corporate directive to just fill the whole with any tv and price it. So any customer looking at a picture on the display and seeing the price is actually not looking at the tv in box below and price is wrong all around and this is a corporate directive. Great job of not caring about customer service and proper merchandising . Costco here I come."

"Went to this sam's club 12/30/2023, to the meat department and spoke with Andrew who works in that department. They took my name and. Number @ were to hold a pork shoulder for me to p/u the next day. When I got their I was told they didn't get a delivery today, yet they had other pork products. Then I was told they couldn't reach me because they also wrote down the wrong number."

"I have been a Sam's Club plus member since 2017 and I have always loved shopping there. The prices can't be beat, and the scan and go feature is fantastic. The reason I am giving this review now is because I am so incredibly pleased with the ladies who helped me in the bakery and made my son's birthday cake a couple weeks ago. Ordering the custom cake could not have been easier. The cake was beautiful and delicious. Great value. Thank you!"

"Good selection of products. Some staff are nice but the front end staff are very ignorant and rude. They spend more time talking and messing around which leads to the long wait time in line. I get cakes there for every birthday for my family as the price is cheap and the taste is great but, twice I've gotten a two tier cake for two sweet sixteen parties and both times the cakes looked like they were leaning and the flowers weren't place on the cake properly, making it look messy. Over all, an ok store to shop at."

"Clean store and well stocked. Friendly service. Fast snack bar. My only complaint is the lack of area to push your carts in front of the building parallel without being in the driveway which is always crazy busy with fast driving people."
