Dollar Tree

"Open on Labor Day, staff was friendly. All the extremely short staffed prices are what you expect. Cleanliness... Needs improvement. We're overall no different than any other Dollar tree I've been to in Philadelphia.... WHY IS IT RIGHT NEXT TO FAMILY DOLLAR THOUGH??"

"The worst employees I've ever come across in any situation regarding human beings to interact. Because my friend chose not to purchase an item that was marked on sale but didn't scan the sale price, the woman behind the register sucked her teeth and made comments under her breathe. When asked what she said she replied "I'm not ringing any of this sh!t up now" and proceeded to clear off the counter into a cart behind the counter. I went back and tried to purchase the clothes so the women wouldn't have to restock them and complete the sale of purchase. I was told that "you can thank your jawn you was in here wit earlier" for not being able to buy the items. Then they told me I was banned from the store, I laughed and walked out when they said they'd call the police if I didn't leave. I left laughing and said that their intelligence was reflected perfectly in their choices. A mother and daughter were in the parking lot on the phone with the corporate office complaining about the same two women and security guard that I had just dealt with. They too were told they were being banned and never to return, this was because the woman's daughter said the employee was being rude to her mother during check out, and that was enough to tell security to remove those two customers."

"The Manager Crystal there is Amazing! She is really sweet and has great customer service. I was running late for my cousins bridal shower and Crystal helped me find bridal gift wrap and even wrapped my presents for me.I really appreciated it,that's a true manager to go above and beyond to help a customer. I am so glad you have such a friendly manager at your store. I will definitely be shopping ther now because of the friendly employees! Great Store!"

"I visited for the first on Saturday May 25th around 11am. The first person to make a great first impression was Adam and Amber. They greeted me and explained the cool free stuff they had for the kids. Their energy was light and happy. A refreshing display of real customer service, unlike family dollar next door. I think the staff works well together and they were very approachable. Good work guys and don’t let anything bring you down. Great customer service will bring you a great career in the future."
