"Don't use they to install PebbleTec. They did it incorrectly and now they say they didn't do anything working and now denying the warranty. They did the install less than 10 months ago and the plaster is ruined. Poor quality and terrible customer service."

"Carlton Pools arranged for them to come in to coat the pool with PeddleSheen pool plaster for my new in-ground pool. These people showed up early and were ready to get to work. A crew of seven guys complete the job in 6 hours. They did a fantastic job cleaning up too. The next day, the crew showed up to pressure wash at 7:30am. They said they would be done by 10:30am and they were. This company has been great with support with the intial procedures on how to take care of the plaster while it cures. Zero completes. Great job people!!"

"I had the old plaster, coping and tile removed now with Pebble Tec. They did a good job on the replacing the coping and tile in the pool (not great). My wife and I are very disappointed with some of the pool. For instance, the extra tile used to replace the old tile along the diving board does not flow evenly as it was placed on there. Also within the pool there are sharp pieces of pebble tec plaster sticking up which could potentially cut you while in the water. Also had a new filter put in that the PVC connection burst after 10 mins of operation. They came back to repair that day but I was surprised that could even happen based on the experience they had. Another issue was the waste from the pool's old plaster and when they recoated it with the new Pebble tec. The literally dumped the waste along the tree line in my yard and other areas I am now finding. That's really bad. I only gave them 3 stars because they completed the job when promised and overall the pool looks good."

"Horrible company, lacking customer service. Plastered a pool last year and improperly installed finish and didn't polish it as required. Promised to fix it and now does not respond to emails or phone calls. Very unprofessional!! Had to pay over $10,000 to have pool refinished. Does not stand behind their work!!"
