"I had the pleasure of meeting an employee on my recent trip there. This young lady named Brettlyn, was so helpful and made my shopping experience so much smoother. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift for my Great Aunt’s 90th birthday. I witnessed a disgruntled customer rudely attack this young lady for issues that were not the fault of the employee. Brettlyn handled the situation politely and deescalated the situation to a calmer matter. I have worked in customer service before and know that can be a challenge. Her customer service skills are exceptional and I hope that your company keeps her around for years to come. I would gladly drive to this location again, just to have the assurance in knowing I will be taken care of."

"Would of gave 5 but the cashier gave me attitude when I explained why I was returning a car adapter air pump that didn't pump air into my bike tires! The local bike shop said I had lost air because of the product. She responded I never heard that happen before with the product, like they have personally used it themselves. After a $40 bike tune up, I'd have to disagree. Thanks!"

"First, the store was clean and not cluttered. I dislike going into some Family Dollar and Dollar General stores because you can barely walk around. Although I didn't spend a lot of time in the store, they appeared to have a nice variety and selection of goods. I particularly like their jewelry section. They have hypoallergenic jewelry for $4 and $5 dollars. The customer associates were very friendly."
