"This Starbucks has the best service and most energetic staff. This one is out of my way, but I prefer here. The coffee also tastes better than Stirling."
"Mobile order of one basic Carmel Mach at 11:13. Arrived at 11:20. Cafe customer arrives at 11:25, orders. Receives both food and drink before more. Alex behind the counter doesn’t care, says “it’s how we process orders”. So obviously not first come first serve then? Defeating the purpose of a mobile order all together? Horrible"
"We were so honored to be given a gift for our office's Patient Appreciation Day from Starbucks at Riverwalk! Office manager Krista blessed us with a generous donation. Thank you, thank you from Riverwalk Health groups!"
"I recently went to this Starbucks with a friend. It was busy due to some issue with the computers, which was unrelated to the issue, so we were waiting near the door for our order. One worker, an elderly woman, came up to us unprompted and loudly exclaimed that she was allergic to my friends perfume. Naturally, my friend and I took a step back and apologized, a bit shocked because this employee crossed a decent distance to tell us this as we were nowhere near her at any point. After creating distance by stepping back, the employee moved closer and doubled down on her allergy claim. She stated that she was also allergic to scents hippies used and that I or my parents were likely hippies by the way I looked. We were both extremely offended by this and simply wanted to remove ourselves from the situation where the employee basically had us cornered. Overall an extremely abrasive encounter and one of the most awkward and rude encounters with a service worker that I have experienced."
"Very friendly baristas, very clean store and bathrooms. They have ample seating, which was empty at 2pm. Good vibes and good quality products. You feel people like working here."
