Days Inn by Wyndham Middletown

"The shower and tub had all kinds of little short hairs in it and the TV didn't work. There was nobody at the desk when I got there and some other customer had to call them to come to the desk. Nobody answered the phone when I called about the TV so we just didn't have one all night. I would never stay there again and would think twice about ANY hotel in that chain."

"Had to stay for three nights on short notice. Didn't have the time to do big research on hotels or motels around. Got room #108. Just next to reception desk. Room had two french beds, TV, microwave, fridge, air condition and a bathroom. Beds were ok. Fridge and microwave didn't appear to be really clean (hygiene?). Bathroom would require a deep cleaning (ventilation in the ceiling full of dust and other dirt), shower full of dirt, hair dryer full of dirt. Overall the floor in the room would also either be ready for replacement or renovation or at least a deep cleaning. No door stopper for room door. This caused a pretty big (hand sized) hole in the wall. Windows difficult to open, would potentially also need some maintenance work. In general a very disappointing experience, especially as the motel is located nicely at US6 and from the outside (street view) appears in a pretty good shape. But inside really not worth the money."

"Place sucks. High price for what you get, 20 dollar's more you're better off going to the Hampton Inn. No microwave or coffee maker. They are so cheap that they unplug everything. The TVs have to always be reset because all these gaming nut jobs screw up the TVs. Electric sockets half hanging from the wall , painting half done. Half their clientele seem like transition . And the breakfast was lacking, milk was gone no forks or knives."

"We were there for the weekend for our son's wedding. The first night my husband wanted to watch some TV; come to find out out it's Direct TV and you have to pay!!! Who ever heard of not having at least local channels to watch. The maid entered our room twice without knocking. I happened to walk barefoot on the carpet and my feet were black...needs some shampooing and vacuuming."

"The people here were very nice. It was a decent room. Everything worked as it should. Shower felt good, but the tub had no grips or anything on the bottom of the tub so it was slippery. Other than that, it was a relaxing stay. Bed was comfortable."
