"7/4/23 10pm just witnessed adventure tour bus number 9930 almost run 2 small sedans off the road while merging. This was a deliberate reckless act by the driver because the small vehicle was initially in front of the bus at the merge. I would be concerned for my safety if i was to use their services"
"Our 3 state 5 day Washington DC journey would not have been a 10 out of 10 without the professional expertise of our larger than life driver Tyrone. This gentleman operated his bus with gold metal expertise. Tyrone you made our trip better than advertised, thank you. Bobcats of Oregon"
"The bus we took, was terrible. When we got to the circle in Annapolis the bus driver told everyone to get off of the bus. My husband had walked up with his dad, and tried to remind the bus driver that the bus needed to stop at the Westin, as directed, next. He disagreed, and became extremely argumentative. He refused multiple times to take the remaining passengers to the hotel. I tried to tell him that we had changed plans a week or two prior to arrange multiple stops (which was confirmed the week of the wedding by Adnan - July 7). He disagreed, and again refused. We had old people on the bus that we not capable of making long walks. We politely asked him to speak to him off the bus to not make a scene in front of the guest. He took that as us wanting to fight, and made several comments about it. That was not our intent at all, we simply wanted to work out the situation. We avoided a confrontation, and even offered additional money. This wasn't just a simple miss of stops, the company put elderly people at risks. It never crossed my mind that I would have to stand on the side of the street, waving taxi's down, calling numerous ubers on my wedding day and in my wedding gown. My grandfather has heart problems and can't walk or stand that long. We had to hold him up for about 15-20 mins while we wait for a car to pick him up? The fact that I discussed two stops with multiple people through the company multiple times over the course of a year and the message was never related to the driver is a big miscommunication and a big problem. But even with that being said, the driver lacked professionalism, he was aggressive and had no reason to do what he did to the Groom and embarrass us in front of our guests. Our wedding happened in July, I first wrote them a complaint a few days after, went on my honeymoon and came back with no response. Sent a follow-up email, *3 weeks after my initial complaint someone finally answers me. Responses are scarce or none. Adnan, has completely stopped responding to my emails. He rather know who recommended me "to close the case" and ignore that I asked for a partial refund. Adnan, stated "a refund of $250 and another $250 credit toward a future trip....~50% overall refund." First, we paid in total for the services was $2160.00. "$500" is not close to a 50% refund. An actual 50% overall refund is $1,080. Who would want to book with this company again? People from our bus are scared of who's driving them. The company's website "Guarantees - Customer Service and Satisfaction is our number one priority." Clearly that's not true. Stay away and do not use them."
"A mixed bag I was on a middle school field trip last month and there were a lot of Honorable & Dishonorable mentions about this bus company My Honorable The coaches were so nice and clean, driver was experienced and nice, and I liked a couple things. Dishonorable Some inexperienced bus drivers were being stupid by going random directions rather than following in a convoy style, my bus driver was angry about the inexperienced drivers. Bus tire on one of the buses got flat (not bus company's fault) but the inexperienced ones were making a dumb decision by rushing to Hershey Park then they turned around. I'd recommend you guys recruiting more experienced drivers and train the inexperienced."
"We had an awesome bus driver tonight! I wish I had caught his name... Maybe the company can figure it out from this review. Me and my coworker were the only 2 passengers heading from the air and space museum back to our hotel, Marriott at Metro Center. We all had great conversation and when an awesome song came on the radio, we joked that if it hadn't ended by the time we got to the hotel, we were going to stay on the bus until it was over. Well, he actually stopped the bus before our hotel so we could hang out and enjoy the rest of the song!! Unfortunately security made us move but we really appreciated him doing that. If I had had cash, I definitely would have given him a tip! He really showed great customer service which I always appreciate! He said he'd been doing this for 26 years, I believe, so he's definitely a dedicated employee who deserves a raise!!"
