"Absolutely amazing!! I wished I lived closer to. I forget the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was incredible. I had a blowout on the highway. I went to Discount Tire, two Chevy dealership and a Mavis shop. None had my tire size in stock. McCarthy also didn’t have my size. However, the gentleman picked up the phone a found a warehouse that had one in storage. He arranged for someone to drive to that warehouse, which was 20-30 minutes one way, pick up the tire so that I may get back one the road. I’m truly grateful for his support."
"Most of the reviews are about service techs or a shop. I would like to acknowledge Jay Rikoskie at 901 for going above and beyond when it comes to being a warehouse manager. I put a pick in for 20 tires in the morning and by the afternoon before our trailer arrived in Reading the 20 tires I picked in the morning were on our trailer. He is the unsung hero of McCarthy Tire and he and his crew of 2 deserve some recognition! Jay, you make my job easier when it comes to getting the salesmen what they need to keep their customers rolling!!! Thank you Jay, Taylor and Jethro for all your help!!!!"
"I took a tire in at 730am this morning to be patched from a screw. I was told it would be better to leave the tire because they had a lot of jobs to do and the mechanics weren't there yet. They took my name and number and were supposed to call when the tire was done, they never called. I decided to call around 3pm only to be told the tire was patched and good to go. I left work again and when I arrived they discovered nobody had actually repaired my tire. I ended up waiting 20 mins for them to complete the repair. The garage was dirty and out of sorts with a trash can over flowing on to the floor. I just wish my time would be respected especially since I lost pay and left work twice to have the tire patched."

"Very good service for car inspection. They were running a little behind but once my car got in, it was quick. Nice clean area to sit if you have to wait for your car as well. Their tires are very good quality as well if they are needed to be replaced on your vehicle. Very good customer service, highly recommend."
