"The original owner, Scott, was a great mechanic. The new guy doesn’t even know how to do a proper oil change because the car leaked oil as soon as I got home. You tried to fix the problem by changing the oil plug which it did not need. I had to take it somewhere else because it continued to leak oil. They fixed the problem by using the correct washer. How can you run your own garage when you are unable to perform a simple task??? Then you state that the situation was out of control but you are the one who created the problem. Stop patting yourself on the back and pay attention to what you are doing. Thank you Reading VW for finally fixing the problem and doing a basic oil change. When attempted to notify City Side of their error, they denied they did anything wrong and began screaming and swearing like the trash they are and hung up the phone. They won’t last long. They define ignorance and arrogance."
