"I was romanced by an eco sport with 10k miles. I paid 28k for it in Sept. And it started having problems 4 months later. Computer screen is intermittent, key fob batteries needed replacing, tire pressure kept getting low. Come to find out that they do not honor their word in assessing the problems. "We can't fix the tire, you need a new one, we recommend 2, 260.00 each. Worst customer service. At the sale they omitted the fact that the car was discontinued due to the engine seizing, and the poor transmission. Too many problems to list. Will never buy a ford again."
"Recently had my vehicle evaluated here. They performed no evaluation and could provide no evidence except my torque converter and transmission needed replaced. I took the vehicle to a private mechanic and was quickly shown that Tasca Ford was not telling the truth. Had it repaired for very little cost. Service manager is very rude and disrespectful. Don’t trust anything they say. Take your vehicle elsewhere."
"Great place took care of all my needs. The sevice manager Gayle goes beyond and above for people. I won't bring my truck any other place"
"2 stars only because they gave me a loaner after I went down there in person and spoke to service manager Gail (the only decent person i spoke to and I really enjoyed the Bronco). My car was undiagnosed for 16 days for an "issue they've never seen before" - which turned out to be a wire... car was in shop for a total of almost 28 days. I commute 30 min each way to work so this was absolutely insane and straining on me. Service advisors nor anyone ever calls back. No one updated me the status of my car after i called 12 times! Voice-mail after voice-mail. Sadly I had to escalate the issue to corporate because the lack of professionalism. Corporate called me back and said even they couldnt get a hold of them. It takes 10 seconds to dial and a conversation of 5 minutes or less. The day I picked my car up, another poor couple with 2 children had been trying to get an update on their truck which they brought back several times. They begged the assistant service manager for a loaner to which she replied they had no more... coincidentally I was returning a loaner. She said she still could not give them one! What is the point of being an assistant manager if you can't even solve simple problems that leaves customers somewhat happy. If this is how you're running the business you just bought, you're running it straight to the ground. I will be going to Coccia Ford specifically because Marty (who used to be at Barber) is there now and knows how important the customers are to business. I don't care how far the drive is. One last thing, this is a city, but everyone knows everyone. So for this and every extremely sub-par experience, you're getting a domino effect of bad reviews and non-returning customers."
"One star because they likely do this to more people who don't realize it. Went in for inspection and oil change. Needed front brakes on my truck. Girl came in and told me "with the brakes it'll be $650". Sounded high but not terribly unreasonable, called the dealer I bought it from and they charge $499 with labor. Figured $50-60 for inspection and 60-70 for oil change with the works package. A different employee came out when it was finished and said "your all set just need your signature" Stopped immediately when I saw the bottom line was $900+ went over the bill, she couldn't answer any questions and only apologized. I said I need a manager. They itemized every "the works" item which totaled around $170-$180, parts were marked up 100% to 150%, labor was charged not calculated correctly as I watched the techs sitting around talking most of the time and the actually repairs was about 1/3rd of the time. There were $120 in charges for miscellaneous Parts. The employee came back and said they talked to the manager and took $250 off and said "the technician just won't get paid for the time". It was a bull guilt trip excuse. They'll get paid and they still made money off this. They are doing this to other people don't fall for the scams. Support local shops. Hell even a smaller dealer chain as the 2 I called were still more reasonable."
